Policy
Effective July 2026
Deposits are refundable until I begin your design, minus any nonrefundable processing fees. With 48+ hours' notice, your deposit can be transferred one time to a new appointment. Deposits are forfeited for cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice, or for no-call/no-shows.
A deposit is required to reserve your tattoo appointment. The standard deposit is $50. A larger deposit may be required for larger or more involved projects.
Your deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.
If you need to cancel your appointment and I have not yet begun working on your custom design, your deposit will be refunded. Refunds will be issued less any nonrefundable payment processing fees.
Once I have begun working on your custom design, the deposit becomes nonrefundable. This helps compensate for the time already spent creating artwork specifically for your appointment.
If you need to reschedule, please contact me at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

If you need to reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, your original deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
If an appointment that has already been rescheduled needs to be moved again, a new deposit will be required.
If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be forfeited. This policy applies even if I have not yet begun your design. Appointment times are reserved specifically for each client, and short-notice cancellations may leave me unable to fill that time.
A new deposit will be required if you decide to book another appointment.
If you do not arrive for your appointment and do not contact me beforehand, your deposit will be forfeited.
A no-call/no-show may also affect my ability to book future appointments with you. I understand that unexpected situations can happen, so this will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
If I am able to book another appointment with you, a new deposit will be required.
